(Los Angeles, CA)  --  Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling is firing back at the NBA.  NBC News reports Sterling is suing the league for more than one-billion-dollars after being forced to give up ownership of the team.  Sterling's wife Shelly reached an agreement on Thursday to sell the club to former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer for a reported two-billion-dollars.  Donald Sterling was given a lifetime ban by the NBA after racist remarks he made last month went public.
