Twenty One Pilots performed a live version of Heathens//STranger Things mashup during their performance in Romania. The performance started with Stranger Things visuals of Vecna coming for Max Mayfield, having the headphones placed on her ears and the words "Music Has The Power To Save Everyone" while the famous Stranger Things arpeggio played in the background. The artists then come onto stage and begin their performance of Heathens. When they get to the breakdown, you can hear the Stranger Things song backing the vocals. Their fans clearly loved it. You can hear them chanting the lyrics and screaming with excitement. Watch below.
