Tripp Fitness: Walking An Hour A Day

What's Up! It's DJ Tripp here and this time I'm coming with TRIPP FITNESS! Now I may not be an expert fitness trainer but being healthy and getting in shape is a whole lot easier than what we think! You really just need to get out and move your body!! So recently I've been hopping out of bed each morning and going for an hour brisk walk around my neighborhood. Nothing super serious just an hour or walking which ends up being about 3 - 5 miles in distance. I can't give you any major results of me doing this because I'm only on Day 2, but I'm trusting this process and I do already feel somewhat better!
