He’s soon to be a Rock and Roll Hall of Famer. Everyone knows at least a Jay-Z song or two.
I feel like he was asking someone off camera to tell him what his favorite Jay Z song is.

He said back in the '90s and 2000s, he listened to “a lot of hip-hop.” He said his favorite artists include Jay-Z and Nas. But when Ziwe followed up asking for his favorite Jay-Z songs, the mayoral frontrunner's fandom started to look a little shaky.
You could see the wheels turning as he wondered aloud, “What is my favorite Jay-Z song?” A few seconds later, he started rapping the hook of the Jay-Z and Linkin Park song “Numb,” which he says is “the first one to came to mind.” He also noted how he likes Jay-Z’s collab with Kanye West, "Paris.”
