They think it's a winning strategy for being able to gobble up as much as humanly possible during the meal. But dieticians say that plan will set you up for failure. Skipping meals could make you so hungry that you eat too much and too quickly, causing you to feel pretty lousy. Registered dietician and author Elizabeth Shaw says, "Your body will appreciate being fed at regular times, setting you up for success as you enter the eating occasions later in the day."
